Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping fee will depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our responsibility—such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items—the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original labels attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elarohome.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees will be charged at most once per order (including returns).

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elarohome.com.

 


 

Shipping Damage Claims

While we carefully package all orders, shipping conditions are beyond our control. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos or videos of the damage and contact us immediately at info@elarohome.com so we can assist you.

 


 

Shipping Protection (Seel)

We partner with Seel to offer optional shipping protection.

If you purchased Seel Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file a claim in case of:

Delivery delays 

Lost packages

Damaged packages

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

After purchasing shipping protection, you will receive a confirmation email from Seel. Follow the link in that email or visit the Resolution Center to submit your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products (such as items with lettering) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified quality issue.
