Noise reduction, probably not
I'm not hearing the noise reduction. I don't think there is any difference at all. No big deal. I was just giving Honda Hunny a little bling for her birthday. I do like the softer look without the hard hardware glaring against the black. It's just foo-foo, but it's my car and she can be foo-foo. There are no instructions. I suppose that's because installment seems to be obvious.

Nice Door Latch Guards, Improves the Look and Helps with Sound Proofing
These Figpade silicon latch guards were a great value and I was happy with how durable and pliable they are. I chose these because I wanted to try and make the door jam look a bit tidier and cover up the big metal latch that doesn't match the rest of the door jam paint.

Nice but.....
My doors still make the same normal sound they always make when closing. However they do fit well and the adhesive backing seems like it will hold up. They may help keep moisture out. Over all they are a nice inexpensive "couldn't hurt" type of upgrade.
