Product Care

Borosilicate Glass

A common question is whether the glass bottles are breakable. It is stronger than regular glass, but it can still break or crack if it is dropped from a great height or hit hard. Borosilicate glass can go straight from a freezer to an oven without cracking.

We recommend handwashing although technically our glass bottles are dishwasher safe.

Stainless Steel Water Bottles

Stainless steel water bottles and reusable coffee cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel water bottle doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals, even if you fill it with hot beverages. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a bottle brush. Our products are designed for light use and not to be used in heavy situations, as they may scratch. That may or may not bother you!

Reusable Coffee Cups

Our Brew Cups are very easy to care for. A food-grade stainless steel travel cup doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals that plastic does, and it won’t leach chemicals. Cleaning with vinegar and water once or twice a week is enough to keep it hygienic – and you can use a Cup Cleaner to help with the lid and rim. Friction causes paint to rub off over time so be careful when packing in handbags.

Leather Hip Flasks

Our stainless steel hip flasks are best hand washed with mild detergent or vinegar. Dry upside down. The faux leather may become marked with liquid spills so pay attention to the pouring of your drinks. In saying that, a well loved and used hip flask shows authenticity and many people like it like this.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original labels attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elarohome.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees will be charged at most once per order (including returns).

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
