3. Refit the whisk, confirm the guard is secure and clear of the bowl, then begin at a low speed and increase gradually.
4. Stop and unplug the mixer before adjusting or removing the guard. Hand wash with mild soap, rinse and air dry.
Important: Do not force the center opening over an incompatible whisk, and never install, remove or reposition the guard while the mixer is running.

It WORKS Great!
I love it! I love gadgets and just started my baking journey. I am using KA 4.5qt, and this item works! They do have a simple instructions because well.. it's pretty simple to use! It is a bit snug for a reason, just enough to hold it in place and when removing it to get all the icing from that whisk, it definitely makes a lot of difference not wasting those delicious frostings.
