The finished strength and smooth finish are outstanding but the key to this product is that you must allow it to fully dry and cure before using what you have repaired. In my case I allowed no less than 48 hours of warm drying .

It's thick, which is great!
Our kitchen faucet has a screw-in rod, sort of like a joy stick, to modulate the temperature and flow. The threads had failed and no thin super glue substance was going to help. This glue worked perfectly to fill in the gaps around the threads and hold the rod in place. We could probably could have made it more aesthetically pleasing, but really didn't care as long as we could control the water without dropping the rod down the drain!

Worked perfect to fill a pin hole in power steering line
Had to use this to fill a pin hole in a power steering line. 24 hours later I tested and is working perfect. Time will tell but it has hardened like a rock and has adhered to the metal line perfectly.

Bird Bath Repaired
Followed directions for using this epoxy weld to repair my outdoor copper bird bath. My bird bath had a leaking crack in the bottom of the bowl. I sanded the bottom inside of the bowl to remove any coating on the crack for about 5 inches circling the crack. Mixed the weld on a sheet of cardboard and then applied it as prescribed. The mix dried in about 5 minutes and I positioned this on my outside patio for 24 hours to cure as noted in directions. The next day I filled bowl with water and it held like brand new. (See photo and gray weld in bottom of bird bath). Saved me a $100 for a copper replacement bird bath and birds are drinking/bathing again!

Very impressive!
Very Impressive! I had a metal bathtub overflow had rusted out at a rental. I ground the rust away and beyond about an inch. Put a backer on the back side and rebuild the missing metal. Next day, hard as a rock. Sanded smooth and used a little filler for my low spots. Primed and painted. Hopefully I can ad 10 years to this tub.
