We had a Dyson vacuum cleaner that the handle (plastic) had broken. I tried super glue, broke again, epoxy, broke again. I found plastic epoxy and this plastic welder. I took a course file to clean up all the edges, use the plastic epoxy as my first round, and after it was set, used the plastic welder to finish it up. The metal assortment were plentiful and were applied with ease. The tool for removing the excess wire worked great. I would recommend this for the person who fixes items, this will be in your arsenal of tools.

This worked perfectly on plastic bumper when somebody had bumped into it and cracked it use this on the backside to pull it together has held up not moved. Would recommend this.

Box came broken but not a big deal since I can fix it with this lol. Anyways, used it to fix an outside chair and the gun heats up very fast! Came with plenty of stuff and definitely worth every penny! Plus it's a new toy to play with. Time will tell if it holds up.

Better than expected
This comes in handy for making repairs to broken plastic parts. I used to to fix my sons atv fenders. It heats up quickly and so far the “staples” have held up very well too. It has actually worked better than I ever imagined. For the price, it works very well.

Wowza -it really works !
Well -I am a believer in plastic welding. Fixed a high-density polyethylene wheelbarrow tray -with numerous fractures and cracks. it was fairly straightforward. Other option was purchasing a new tray for $175 . The process was simple -I used the squiggly staples and kept gun trigger pressed for 10 sec. On outside of tray-Pressed staple in while pressing trigger for a few second with pressure (HDPE is fairly thick). Pics show outside and inside ( I did not cut tabs off yet) . Should last for a few more years!
