Fits my needs.
This knife seems to be good quality and shaped properly to be a very useful utility type kitchen utensil. The handle feels very sturdy and with the hole properly sized and placed should provide heavy cutting pressure done safely. The blade was sharp out of the box but it remains to be seen how it holds its edge. I am pleased with my purchase, thus far, and look forward to some heavy utility work with it in the future.

This knife cuts my fruits, vegetables & meats like butter. I only use this knife what it's designed for and it's not recommended to cut meat with thick bones. Make sure wash and dry thoroughly and wipe a small amount of mineral oil after use to avoid rust. I am satisfied with this purchase. I recommend to get a good knife sharpener. I also bought the matching leather case and it fits perfectly. I love it.
